Oregon Humane Society

Established in 1868, Oregon Humane Society (OHS) is the Northwest’s oldest and largest humane society, with one of the highest adoption rates in the nation. OHS receives no government funds for its adoption, education and animal cruelty investigation programs, and is not affiliated with any national organizations. OHS mission is to create a more humane society with the vision of a world where all animals are treated with compassion, kindness and respect.
